We do not offer refunds. If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, we will exchange it. Contact us at bri@aquamarinebricandles.com within 7 days of receiving your order, provide a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we will assist you. We only accept exchanges for items damaged in shipping.

Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn. Place the candle on a flat, heat-safe surface and keep it away from drafts. Let the wax melt across the top on the first burn to help it burn evenly.
